Quality

UDT's quality policies are based on three factors: Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Our number one concern is SAFETY. UDT strives to eliminate injury accidents that may occur in the workplace. Healthy employees are the key to quality and productivity.

 

Secondly, and just as important as safety, is QUALITY. UDT is dedicated to an established quality control program that reduces rejection rates to a bare minimum. Every one of our employees involved in our manufacturing process is aware of all the requirements and know their role with the component or assembly.

Thirdly, and just as important as Safety and Quality, is PRODUCTIVITY. We pride ourselves in applying manpower and machines in the most cost effective method to produce the highest quality parts in the least possible time. Our policy at UDT is to study every task that we do to make sure we are using the right equipment and technique.

UDT's quality assurance policies and procedures are well established and documented. We recognize the critical need for quality control in all areas of manufacturing procedures, processes, and materials that are used to produce parts and components for all of our customers. We are extremely proud of our proven quality control procedures and monitor them as an integral part of every manufacturing effort undertaken.

We provide certification for all materials and hardware and certify standard hardware as equal to the need or application. In addition, we certify and operate all work procedures and processes in accordance with ISO 9001-2000 and provide a Certificate of Conformance for all requirements.
